For some reason I thought I posted my birth announcement on here but I looked back on my blog and I certainly did not! Hospital wifi has failed me.

Anyways, heres Kareem Julian! Born May 18th, 2018 at 8:27AM. He’s at Special Care Nursery for an extra two days due to some breathing issues but other than that, he’s healthy and happy and a little confused lol

Moms of biracial kids:

Do you ever feel weird when people say “Oh your child must be beautiful” without even knowing what your child looks like just because you mentioned that they’re biracial?

Maybe I’m kinda sensitive about this cause I come from a culture where mixed people tend to be favored more but I feel like people wouldn’t be saying that if I didn’t mention that my unborn child’s father is a different race.
