[I'm trying to angle myself towards using "childspace" to refer to my regression/ regressed state.] In the same vein, "Daddy" and "Mommy" aren't terms I use but are likely to be seen in reblogs. I’ll be honest with you, I once did a ton of these, and at this point it would be hard to think of others that people would still use. Since you asked though, and I have the spoons for it, here’s the ones I made already (below the cut to save space, and separated into groups because there’s 20 of these):

Bedtime advice for middle regressors

Warm baths are a good way to help you relax

Grab Your favorite plushie

Wear Cute pajamas to bed you never know who you will meet in your dreams

Have a bedtime routine

No sugar before bed especially chocolate it will keep you awake !!!

Relaxing music is a must (I’d suggest lofi)

Reading before bed is okay as long as it’s not too overwhelming

Night lights cuz even big kids can get scared

Goodnight texts from your caregiver (if you have one) or good morning texts for you to wake up to in the morning

A cute water bottle to keep your water in (in case you get thirsty)

1 calming movie or show to watch as you fall asleep so you don’t feel alone

Your favorite blanket (mine is hello kitty of course)

1 healthy but tasty snack before bedtime

If you like white noise or get hot easily try sleeping with the fan on

Something warm to drink like sleepy time tea or warm milk to calm yourself down

If you have a nightmare and wake up try to count to 10 or use a grounding technique (what can you see smell taste hear or touch)

Think of your happy place or something calming

If you’re a caregiver and are trying to wake us up do it gently just tap us on the back or kiss our cheek and say “good morning cutie pie “
