Weird theories time (again)!
Ep 8 is out! How are we feeling fellas…
Soooo anyway, my last theory of Kinger created this circus for Queenie has been debunked by the latest episode, but I will say there is a 1/3 chance it was created as an escape for Scratch’s illness though!
Maybe Scratch gives Caine data about his tumor and ask Caine to find a way to cure it since Caine, the creative AI can create new stuff (maybe treatments too) from his database. However, since Caine had been locked away and got scared of being abandoned, created the circus and took the human inside instead (this still count as helping Scratch with his problem too since he can’t die here, right?)
Another theory I have is related to IHNMAIMS since Caine's actions really resembled AM in the last episode. AM was a combination of three different AMs. It was made to serve WW3 in the book. AM was so hateful of the human race because AM was created to hate. That's why it killed the whole human race after three AMs fused.
Caine, on the other hand, loves humans. He got scared when they did not appreciate him. However, he was not created to harm humans. So why was he able to torment them on purpose in ep 8?
Now the noticeable part is that he did this after Bubble whispered to him. If Bubble was a reference to the Bubbleboy virus, then Caine is a fusion of the Red AI (original Caine probably), Blue AI, and Bubbleboy virus, just like AM. So the part that made him go insane is actually Bubble the virus. Bubble is probably the real villain that drives Caine crazy and tries to delete Caine. To make Caine normal again, they need to separate Bubble from Caine. This may mean that the Blue AI will be separated from Caine too in episode 9. So maybe we will see the original Caine, the Blue AI, and Bubble separately next time. Maybe they will find a note file that Scratch left before he abstracted, or the Blue AI will take over the circus :D

A little note about my opinion of ep 8:
A part of me does think it's bad that Cain is still torturing the humans, even though they had told him to stop multiple times. However, I feel sad for him too. It's so frustrating to be criticized when you try your best with good intentions, and then it doesn't work out.
Also, Caine’s song in ep 8 is super good! I love the sound effects, the animation, and the music overall. The only AI’s song I love for sure!
Jax looks super fragile in the whole episode. His eyes are tiny and he doesn't have a sarcastic smile on his face. Also, Jax glanced at Gangle in the cafe, then shifted his attitude towards Zooble and Pomni instead. I wonder if it was because she had backed his speech up during the sofa scene.
Shout out to Michael, he did a wonderful job in voicing Jax saying “You guys worry too much”, you can clearly hear the slight shakiness in his voice. With how he acts after ep 7, it seems like somehow everyone is catching up on his suicidal attitude too.
