How are you planning on staying active during the winter months?
I have an Oculus Quest and work out using the Supernatural App. I wish i could recommend a cheaper option, but if you have the means to invest in VR i would HEAVILY recommend it for your mental health and fitness goals. You can use it to play games, connect, meditate and stay fit!
Any goals or resolutions for 2021?
Sorry for the delay! i’ve really been slacking on this platform! my resolution was to create without fear of negativity. I’ve discovered that I truly feel alive when i create content and share it with others. So far so good <3

When do you like to workout? I’m trying to do it in the morning work before but just feels impossible to get up some days!
I usually work out in the evenings, on the weekends I’ll sometimes get it over and done with in the morning. It’s hard to feel motivated sometimes, but even on my rough days I’ll tell myself I’m only doing 10-20 mins and once I start I always follow through. The hardest part is getting started

Can you share what you eat in a day! I’m trying to do 1200 calories and need ideas for meals!!
Hey hun, my meals are pretty boring but i’ll share if it helps.
BREAKFAST: my simple quick meals are just high protein cereal (like Vector or Special K) with unsweetened almond milk, i weigh it out in cups so i only consume around 280-300 cals for that. I pair it with my coffee which has a good amount of milk in it so I'm usually full.
Another quick one is literally just a toasted PB and J lol. (300)
If i have more time i’ll do scrambled eggs with salt, pepper, paprika, chives, chopped red onion, 1/3 cup of marble cheese and maybe a dash of milk. i have that just with some ketchup and it tastes really good. (300)
You could also do a lot with high protein bagels: simple chive spreads with cucumber slices or with chopped strawberries or even mashed avocado. (270-380)
LUNCH: i love beyond meat burgers with high protein buns, i’ll add mayo, lettuce, onion and sweet chilli (440)
sometimes i’ll do an egg burrito where i make an omelette mix, add it to the pan and before one side is fully cooked i chuck a tortilla on top and flip it in half. Depending on what you add to your omelette this could go anywhere from (350 to 600)
if i skip breakfast and am doing a lot of cardio for the day i’ll sometimes make oatmeal with almond milk and throw in nuts, chopped banana (or other fruit) and add whatever compliments the fruit. ie. for the banana one i’ll add a table spoon of peanut butter and drizzle with maple syrup. You have to portion this out because it can easily reach (600-1000 cals) But it will keep you full for longer than usual.
DINNER:
My dinners are usually very light because i eat my lunch fairly late. So i usually just do a protein smoothie with different fruit each time. (400) or depending on what's made at home i’ll calculate the cals i have left for the day and just eat what i can by portioning it out. Sorry my dinners are super lame. But if i have some defrosted chicken i’ll usually just make a BBQ and buffalo chicken in a pan and eat that with home cooked spanish rice or salad.
I love making spanish rice, they're slow in cals and taste AMAZING.
