Keep at it. It won't come easy and you'll have some days when you just don't know how to keep going. Try to stay positive and focused as you keep working towards your goals.
I’m a huge drugstore makeup lover, but I’ve bought quite a few products that didn’t end up being worth it. Sometimes it’s definitely worth the investment and here a few of my favorites-
1.Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer, $36. I have super oily skin in my T zone area and I have never found a primer that has taken care of it like this one. By the end of the day my foundation is still in place and any oily girl knows how much of a struggle it is to achieve that.
2.Tarte Amazonian Clay Mineral Bronzer in Park Ave Princess, $30. I looove a good contour and I have tried many, many of brands (drugstore and high end). I love the way this bronzer looks natural and is easy to blend.
3.Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Opal, $38. You can’t have a good contour without a proper highlight and this product is the perfect fit. It’s such a pretty light golden, opal shade that seriously shines all day. I can’t wait to invest in their new collabo with Jaclyn Hill next.
4.Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade in Chocolate, $18. I have Anastasia brows for a reason: the pomade stays on forever- those brows aren’t going anywhere, and the product is so creamy and looks very natural. I last bought mine at least 6 months ago and I still have more than half of the product left. You don’t need much each day, so you won’t need to run out and buy a new pencil every week or so.
What are your faves? I love discovering a new holy grail product, leave a note or Tweet me @alishahumbert <3

Super simple quote/idea: be brave, but it means a lot of different things for a lot of different people. It could mean taking a chance on a new opportunity, conquering a fear like heights or public speaking, or even standing up to someone in your life. For me, it means stepping out of my comfort zone more often and doing things I feel anxious about.
What does it mean for you?
Being the best you you can be isn’t easy. I feel guilty when I skip a workout, when I’m not as focused as I should be, and even when life gets in the way. But I try to always remember that tomorrow is a new chance to be my best, it isn’t over yet.
Another gloomy day in the Toledo area. At least the rain stayed away so I could make some stops into Fallen Timbers and enjoy this shopping area. What a cute little town set up. There isn't anything like this in FTW. Adorable.
