You know how in that one year we got mad when Macklemore won over Kendrick and we all got mad talkin about 'Macklemore? Who that? he ain't even repping the culture properly B! Like I know he from none of the 5 Boroughs, my cousin and his weedman they spit that real real, they got a mixtape 'The Glueprint' that's like Jay-Z's Blueprint from a Glue Sniffer's perspective you should really check check it out on Datpiff' Deshawn (Hiphop Fan) Anyway, obviously we don't all share Deshawn's sentiments but bottomline is, majority of us were very salty about it. Not cos Macklemore is wack, but he coloured outside the lines, he didn't fit into the box we created, he didn't speak for the 'culture'. Chance the rapper doesn't fit into the gospel culture and some of y'all need to stop being salty.

Modern life is one big ratings scam. The more approval you get, the better you feel.
