What I think most of the Reverie characters look like ! I will do listeners in a separate post ^-^
Axel: Pale man. VERY PALE MAN. He has a mole on his right cheek, and he also has one on his forehead. Blue eyed baddie. Also, black haired baddie, one gagillion percent. He's defined got straight hair, but it's quite fluffy. He's got one of those medium mullets that are all over Pinterest - I'm saying that now. Definitely very twink bod - like, hourglass waist, very smooth, but he does have a bit of body hair. Happy trail DEFINITELY - don't piss me off. Definitely has long ass lashes, the kind that piss you off just looking at them because you know they look better than yours ever will. Dresses very alt, but also slutty enough to make you turn your head and look at him. I don't make the rules, I just enforce them. In my mind, he's like 6'0, and Sunshine is just a little taller than him.
Casey: Where do I begin. Pale man - another one, thank you ! But he's got a little color, definitely gets tanned in the summer - just enough to have a nice golden color - drool worthy. Dark brown eyes, he has freckles all over, definitely has short hair most of the time with some fluffy bangs, but it grows into a medium mullet often due to him forgetting to cut it - much to Honey's delight. He definitely dresses like a indie boy - lots of sweaters with random designs all over them in greens, browns, creams, and tans. Definitely is a kaki pant wearer, and is also a cargo pant wearer, but he does wear busted up converse sneakers - as all indie boys do. Definitely taller and bigger than Sunshine - around 6'0 ½, 6'1, and Sunshine loves this wholeheartedly. He's just the gentle giant type to me. Definitely has a sleeper build - sorry ! ^^
Cyril: Oh, my beloved elf boy. Pale as fuck - like, almost see through white, enough to get albinism allegations. Long, white hair. Jelly fish cut esc, but definitely giving that fantasy cut with bangs but having the rest be quite long with layers. That shit is down to his ass crack, I take no criticism. Sage green eyes with a ring of forest green on the outside, white lashes and brows that somehow stand out against his skin because I firmly believe he has a yellowy-red undertone to his skin. Covered in moles. Around 5'7-5'8, I think Dove is a little taller than him. His ears are very pointed and stick out from his hair no matter how he styles it - ANOTHER TWINK BOD. Sorry, I again, don't make the rules. He also dresses in light academia, tehehe.
Desmond: Are we ready? You'll never guess this. Black man. He's definitely got a lighter caramel color - but black man. He wears his hair either natural, probably in the 4's for curly hair type, or he wears it in locs. He is always doing something with his hair - definitely wears it half up, half down when at work, and there are definitely gold beads and clasps in his hair. I always imagined him as a gold guy. He wears a good amount of jewelry, all from his collection - a ring guy one hundred percent, and almost no one touches his hands. He's tall as fuck - like 6'3 or 6'4, and you can definitely see the hard work he puts in, he's quite jacked. Definitely dresses kind of witchy - dragons and male witches just have the same vibes to me idk. Lots of button up shirts and slacks, also definitely wears glasses and they're thin with gold frames - sue me.
Dion: Pale man. Definitely. I also feel like he has a quite bright color pallet, more flame like. More of a dusty brown colored head of hair I feel like, has a orange-ish undertone. I also think he has a reddish undertone to his skin. His hair is short - I feel like the norm for demons is to keep their hair long in some way, and Dion cut his to rebell, but his hair does look really pretty grown out. I feel like it's a short wolf cut, for some reason, and there are streaks of red and orange through it that you can see if the lightings just right. Orange and red eyes for sure - but if he uses his human disguise, they're brown. I feel like his horns stick straight up and curve back a little, they're also quite big. I also think that demons have tails like Avatars do - with fur on them and such, and they use their tails to show affection with their friends, family, and lovers, and there are specific things they do with their tails to show their love to their partners. I feel like he does have a few freckles, and he is smaller than Kane - standing at around 6'6-6'7, and he's also smaller in build, having more of a soft build than Kane does. I also feel like when he does wear a full set of clothes, he wears tight clothing, but wears long sleeves that cover any scars he has, hints why they tend to feel so restricting on him, and I think Bunny introduces him to baggier clothes, and he likes them a lot better.
Ellis: My babyyyyyy. Another pale, dirty blonde baddie. Except... Different. They don't have very many freckles, but they do have moles. Their hair is also dyed dirty blonde, and their dark ass roots are always showing. They also have hazel eyes - I DON'T MAKE THE RULES SHHH. Tall baddie - like 5'11 to 6'0. Definitely dresses like every librarian ever created, but in a darker color pallet- givingggg dark academia a little bit. They appear very masc in my mind for some reason, but I feel like they would wear the occasional cute librarian skirt - those long ass, flowy skirts - with a pair of flats and they would look fabulous.
Gael: I have not met him yet... Gulps. This will be updated when I do meet him. For now um... Blank !
Gage: I have gotten so much hate on this one from my friends - LEAVE ME BE. Now that that's outta the way - pale man, but he's definitely got a good tan most of the time. He works his ass off - ain't no way he isn't tan. Has a couple moles here and there, mostly on his face, and I feel like he has a good amount on his back. He also has some on his front that Bug loves to trace and look at... Me too, me too. Blonde grown out buzz cut. I SAID IT. It's not to the scalp, but it is blonde with a a bit of darker roots showing because he does indeed forget to bleach it. He also has dark brown eyes and the prettiest lashes. Kind of tall - around 5'7 ½ I think, and he's definitely got muscular arms. Not as muscular of a stomach, but muscular arms. Also, baggy pants and tank tops - ONE HUNDRED. He also still has his piercings - shhhh... Yes he does... I also think he has a few ear piercings.
Jacob: Oh my good lord. This man and me have one sided beef. His writing is so good and I love his character but he PISSES ME OFF SO BAD SOMETIMES (most of the time). But yes, I have spoiled him with a design, because I genuinely can't help it, I love AND hate him. The host he's using is definitely a sight for sore eyes - I feel like it would have to be for anyone to take that kind of manipulation. Caramel brown hair, fluffy and kind of short put a bit longer in the back. Beautiful greenish-blue eyes. Pale man, a bit of a tan, with a few freckles and moles dotted around his body. He's also a bit muscular, got a bit of bulk to him. I also think he's around 6'4, tall enough to be intimidating. I also think his eyebrows are a bit more of a muted brown, and his lashes are a very deep black. I also think he has pretty lips that look good in a pout - if he knew how to pout. (Does he pout? I have no idea. I hope he does, I would low-key fold and fall for that manipulation so fast if he pouted of head tilted at me. Sorry not sorry.) I also feel like he wears corduroy - he is just a corduroy jacket wearer. He also wears a lot of plain t-shirts and jeans, it kind of makes his face the most appealing thing about him, which I guess is kind of the point, right?
Kane: Oh my goodness. Where do I begin. Flame demons just have a specific look to me - buckle up. Black man, a gagillion percent, don't argue with me. Thing that gives him away is definitely his orangy-yellow undertone to his skin - almost too perfectly sunkissed. He's got moles, for sure, and they're very dark and almost unnatural looking if you stare at them too long. Deep black hair - genuinely looks like ashes, and it reflects red at times. I view him with very long, fantasy esc straight hair - THAT'S JUST ME. Black eyes. They look kind of brown at times - hardly, though. His color pallet I feel for his horns and tail are a very sleek, dark black, and they blend into a blood red color, almost to the point it's hard to tell. I also think his horns are curled, kind of like sheep horns - and I think all demons have sharp, pointed ears kind of like elves - I also think their colors range, and some of them have skin tones that are just red, orange, yellow - unnatural-natural colors. Another long ass eyelash man - jealous to the max of him. He is a BEEFY man, and it shows. Very muscular. He's at least 7'0, and he is indeed taller than Dion by a few inches, and way taller than Vasserva. Also a gold man, flames just compliment gold to me. I feel like in whole he's got a darker color pallet than Dion - don't know why, that's just how I imagine him. I also think he wears dark clothing most of the time as well.
Law: Where do I get started with this man. For the longest time, I had no idea how I wanted to do his design, because I thought maybe I should design him to look more like Des, because I kind of wanted them to have a joke that they're actually related - but then I thought about it, and with my original design, it'd be a funnier joke if they said "yeah, we're blood related." and they look NOTHING alike. Definitely cowboy energy - but soft cowboy energy. Pale-ish skin - kind of tan, from working out in the heat. Dark brown hair, almost black, he also has dark green eyes. Has some freckles for sure, a very light spread over his entire body. Kind of tall, yet again, around 5'8 ½, 5'9, sleeper build one hundred percent. Flannels, kakis, plain white t-shirt dad, also wears boots - like work boots, not cowboy boots. I also think he wears baseball caps with the company logo on them - he is like, the ONLY one that buys them, and it's the only reason they still exist. He has a collection. Hair is just a little long, he also has a bit of stubble, also very hairy all over - don't question me. I also think he's got that Southern dad cooking - the kind that makes you crave it when you're away from home and it's just too good to pass up. Definitely wears a lot of homemade bracelets from Nat, genuinely his wrists are covered in beads and he will wear them until they fall apart. And if Nat buys him any kind of keychains or something like that, they hang off his work bag proudly. His wallet is also probably falling apart, but it has all kinds of pictures of Nat in it. Just very Southern dad, especially from where I'm from, I see like 15 Law's at my local gas station every week. He also has stubble - I don't think he has a full beard, maybe a five o' clock shadow at most, don't think he grows it out past that, though.
Marlowe: I don't know much about him at the moment, I haven't finished his series yet - not even half way through - BUT. I had a dream about him after I listened to "A Broody, Feral (?) Essence Eater Demands Answers", and it was quite literally what he looked like standing on the fire escape, so his look may be subjective to change. Kind of a jelly fish cut, hair's quite long I believe, definitely dresses in a very indie, homeless kind of look. His hair is always messy and he looks like of scruffy. I think he has a little bit of a beard - just stubble, though, kind of like Law. His hair is platinum blonde, his eyes are dark and he always looks really tired. I think he has blonde lashes and blonde eyebrows, I also think he's quite pale and always looks a little sick due to the lack of color in his face from sleepless nights. I think he wears a lot of baggy jackets, and typically has on two other layers like he's trying to hide himself - a t-shirt as the first layer, and a sweater as the second. Now, this is really just in my town, but that's what a truck driver dresses like half the time, so I think he would get mistaken as a truck driver often, especially if he threw on a baseball cap and was carrying around a cup of coffee from some gas station of small store. I think he's around 6'2 or 6'3, enough to look kind of intimidating, but he slouches more often than not. I feel like he has really bad posture all the time - he's genuinely built like a question mark - cannot judge, me too bae - and I feel like his hair might be dyed or he might have a form of albinism, and he might have dark brown or black roots showing, maybe some patches of them in his hair that he missed while bleaching and never bothered to fix, or maybe it's natural, not sure yet. I also feel like he wears baggy fingerless gloves, or just crocheted gloves that cover most of his hand. I just feel like he tries to appear small.
Nat: Oh my goodness - I've been so excited to write my baby ! I love Nat so much. Okay, she is mixed. I'm sorry, Xandra IS a black woman to me. Nat definitely has very curly hair, and I feel like it's either down, in a french braid, or in cute little pigtails. She's definitely got a softer brown color than her mom, and she's absolutely GORGEOUS - no hate on my baby Nat now. Her hair is black to me, but I feel like she would dye it when she's older. This is my opinion, I see a lot of tomboy Nat - I do not think tomboy, I think she's a Disney princess dress wearing child. This is totally me projecting because when I was around 4, I would also walk out of the house in a Disney princess gown, pink cowboy boots, a tiara, and about ninety five different accessories. I feel like Law is the dad that would let her dress herself, and would not care at all. She could come out in a princess dress, pink leather jacket, sneakers, a tiara and about fifteen different necklaces and he would still call her beautiful, pick her up, and take her wherever they needed to go. Also, yes, me projecting again, she does have the tomboy personality, though. She does collect bugs from outside, she does make mud pies and play in the dirt - she just... Does it in a fluffy dress and mismatched shoes.
Nathaniel: Now this one took me a second. I didn't know exactly how he looked for a little while, I just kept changing it up - but I do have the final design, and you guys don't have to go through that torture. Pale man, with freckles. He also kind of had long hair, it's quite messy and kind of unkempt, and is typically up in a bun or ponytail. He has a beard, for sure, and has green eyes. He looks tired all the time - which - insanity will do that to you ! He wears a lot of trench coats and/or lab coats, and is typically wearing the button up short, sweater vest combo with a pair of slacks. I also feel like of he wears a badge from his old job, as if to kind of show off. He's lanky and kind of tall, around 5'10-5'11, and just looks really fucking creepy. Like the kind of guy you would see standing outside a coffee shop or library and you would wait for him to leave before entering. But I do think he can also be quite charming - hints the victims he's been able to capture. I think he has a way of persuading people - maybe bumping into them, spilling a drink all over them, and apologizing sincerely for the trouble, asking if you would like to come over for tea or something, maybe a lunch to make it up to you. Personally, I would say FUCK no, but clearly, he's had to get his victims somehow without raising suspicion. Definitely a brunette too.
Neo: Am I basing his design off of a fox? Yes... Do I really care? No. Has that fox dye hair color naturally (look it up, it's so pretty), I also think his hair is kind of long. ALSO, FINALLY A WHITE BOY WITH CURLS. He has wavy hair to me, I don't know why - he just does. Brown eyes, long ass lashes, he's very pale and he does indeed have freckles, he's literally a ginger. Does not tan, that man burns in the sun. Kind of average? Around 5'6, 5'5, Darling IS taller than him, and he likes it a lot. END OF. Dresses very alt, surprisingly, lots of black and white, lots of baggy everything, and surprisingly a lot of spikes. Also definitely a guyliner kind of man. Hehe hehe.
Roman: Oh my GOSH. My baby boy... Ugh. Light brown hair, pretty blue eyes, wears circular Harry Potter glasses, used to be more muscular, now is a bit thinner and has a bit more belly. Love the idea that he has thick top surgery scars, oh my days, I'm going to lick him. Long ass lashes, once again, also has freckles, also has a bit of a beard as he's probably not allowed around many sharp objects at the institution, BUT it has grown on him and now he keeps a beard. Kind of tall but not really, around 5'8-5'9, could see him being 5'11 as well, actually. I do think he's a little chubby, sue me. I also think he dresses like an English Professor, again, sue me. Nails are painted, Pip paints his nails and they're typically black, blue, or a pretty teal. Also, the type to own at least three cats - yes I'm projecting, I love cats, and I do indeed have three cats, which I will post about later. He's such a girl dad as well - sorry not sorry. ANYONE brings up the fact that there is a possibility that he could go back to his time, I'll kill you. SHUSH.
Xandra: Oh my GODDDDD. Black southern lady. I repeat, BLACK SOUTHERN LADY. Beautiful curly black hair, absolutely dark chocolate colored, absolutely plus sized and gorGINA. Definitely wears very pretty dresses in reds and blacks and the occasional summer color pallet, definitely a leather jacket wearer, definitely an absolute beauty. Goddess from above, I love her, I don't care.
