I haven’t done a reflection in Tumblr before but here it is, just to defend the internet.
During my young ages like the first time I laid hands on my first laptop, I was amazed by the internet, I watched a lot of videos from youtube and it also thought me how to do stuff and motivate me everyday, the internet is a great place for a everyone.
The internet is not a grass land, its a jungle, there are predators around and you have to defend yourself from them. The people who survives the longest in the jungle and made a community in the jungle, they know that they can survive until the world is gone.
Usually, people think that the ones who keep on using their PCs and phones are addicted into it like drugs, waste of time is a better definition but there are actual people who are working. Content creators like us artists have used the internet to make a living when we can’t make actual jobs, I am training to be a professional MMA or Thai fighter as a real job but I don’t know if it will be my job or what.
The kids in Thailand train Muay Thai because they know that this is one way to make money and survive for a long time, without the money, they can’t eat food, they can’t get a long with their families, heck! they might die if ever!
This is the cause of the ones who are killing Net Neutrality and the people who support it, just like the Thai kid thing I said, if you prevent that kid on going to a gym and then you have a job that pays less money, you will die of hunger or thirst or the worst way possible.
Freedom is a good thing, we all have the freedom in the world so we can go to life and get out of life then live, but when its too much freedom, people can change, its either a bad thing or a good thing but then look what happened to us, only some of us were able to walk in the right way but then the future we came into looks like we’ve shit on ourselves!
What we invented and that lasts for centuries should not be taken down, why? innovation, the future, the people of the world and the life we live now. If a man destroys his creation that made a great progress in the world is a mad man.
