if niall gets to nr 1 on billboard… i just… i will cry for days like… this album is so important. in a time where men is being exposed for being absolute asses, and in a time where it’s for years been okay to treat women as nothing but objects, be stalkerish in relationships and not get anything but praise for it, where women gets slutshamed or ridiculed or blamed for putting men in ‘the friendzone’ and hated… niall puts out an album where he not only collaborates with females on the songs, he puts out lyrics where it’s clear he has been very careful about the female perspective and wants to give something to his fans that isn’t him telling them how they should feel/shouldn’t feel. niall puts out an album where he shows how a relationship is about balance, how it sucks when it ends but it doesn’t have to be anyone’s fault. niall is honest, brutally so, and each of these songs really, really touches everyone that takes their time to listen to them. i’m so proud of him, he’s overcome so much, proving so many wrong and i just can’t wait to see more of it.
