Wait was it ever specified that the Calypso's curse was about romantic love? Or was it just about love in general? Especially with how Greeks had many understandings of love (I'm talking especially about Percy Jackson series as myths vary from one another)

A world in which humanity never bothered to find other energy sources than fossil fuels, where they slowly run out, until the utopian world tuns into a sort of apocalyptic because there's no water, no food, new clothes (and poor made start to break very quickly), tools (same situation) and air quality is really really bad. As time passes we're not able to keep lights on in night and keep large predators out of cities and everything turns into pandemonium.

What is “I just don’t think some higher power knows who’s the perfect match for me.” supposed to mean? You don't even know if it's a sign from god or universe, it could be as well just your body trying to say "yeah they're fine"!

Okay but what if despite this being their dream they're not there willingly? Like neither of them? What if some ancient god was very bored so now they're living the worst version of a dream/best version of a nightmare and Noe they can't escape farm life (not necessarily the place itself) - they'll need to overcome their differences, they'll relax, make friends with neighbours, try to escape the farm life while the world they knew starts to change and they're no longer a part of the narrative

A party needs an information. The information they need was known years, decades, centuries or perhaps even millenium ago, but now is lost to time and can be found only in very rare scripts. And so the party starts to look for one. From someone (maybe informant, but who knows?) they learn of possible location of manuscripts of [someone probably known, who'll probably be important]. After many adventures finally they arrive to their destination. Upon seeing it they realise that reading it won't be as easy as it seems - all of the notes look like they were made by a student who didn't feel the need to write everything down on a lesson (maybe it's even the case) and the written parts are in chaos (many parchments, without an order and with way t5o many irrelevant notes scattered across it (unless... They're not as irrelevant as they seem)). And so now the party either needs to figure it out themselves, summon the author or find more notes.

A book where chapters are from different perspectives, but every character has a different storytelling style - one is very serious, trying to make everything sound ominous and uses so many comlicated words you have to constantly have dictionary opened or go to footnotes, another nonstop jokes, makes a lot of digressions, sounds very casual and uses a lot of colloquialisms, another uses very clinical, maybe boring language sounds monotone or sarcastic etc.

Even just a simple situation where A is crying and B asks them if they can hug them and A says no, and even though B wants to do it they don't because that's want A wants

It works for smaller and bigger things and every time it's just so sweet, showing trust and caring about eachother and how much respect is needed in a relation

When writing about adrenaline keep in mind that there's a reason we don't have super strength 24/7 - it requires energy, it's exhausting to body and it can hurt you

So after a character was in stressing situation make them sleepy, exhausted, make them feel some pain from muscles or make them scared and/or in shock (which doesn't go away after 30 seconds)

Plant and insect symbiotic relationship (magical setting): a plant that can be pollinated by only one type of insect, but at the same time is the only food this insect can eat

Plot idea: sci-fi, alien invasion, there are some things that are off like never saying planet's name, maybe there are some new revolutionary objects like pocket holograms and maybe there are no cars or scissors but it's nothing, right? Until in the last paragraph it turns out it's humans who are invading some other planet

Fantasy furniture/object idea: a cleaning cupboard where you can keep dishes, if you put dirty dishes they'll be perfectly clean the second you close cupboard's door

You have the power to place really small, permanent curses on people. Things like never winning bingo or having them suddenly dislike a food they use to love. One day, someone nearly kills you cutting you off in traffic, and you curse them. Little do you know, you just ruined their life.
