James needs glasses/contacts but has no clue. He's never considered his sight could be better than what it is. Since his magic use is through his body (rather than an amulet, for example) it causes damage over time and his eyes slowly get worse.

James, Does your OC have a “type”? What is your OC’s ideal first date? How successful is your OC at flirting with others?

1) He certainly DOES have a type. I hope this graph helps. Thick Thighs save lives. Big Girls are LIFE.

2) The best dates involve food.

3) I would argue that acting flirty involves social skills, which he is lacking.... He’s not flirtatious, unless you know what signs to look for:
