you know, aside from sometimes having incline dumbbell curls on my program, I don’t do a lot of isolated bicep exercises unless I explicitly ask my trainer to put it in. I usually hit them with more compound movements like supinated pull downs and rows and stuff.
I’ve never had preacher curls on my program before hehe (tho sometimes I am sneaky and add them myself because I want juicy arms hehe)

How long did it take u to see results?
it will differ for everyone. I’m 5”8 and when I first started the gym I was over 110kgs and I had a back injury I needed 6 months of physiotherapy for.
I’ve been strength training a minimum of 3 days a week, (I aim for 4) plus cardio and walking on rest days, I train as heavy as my body allows me, every single week for almost 2 years now.
Also work with a personal trainer who programs my workouts and helps me adjust things when it flairs up my injury. I still weigh about 95kgs but my goal has been strength rather than fat loss, I’ve only increased the amount of cardio I’m doing in the last few months cause I’m sick of having boobs
I think my progress is pretty normal for where i started, though I’m always freaking out my trainer with how heavy i keep pushing my weights hahahaha
idk. It takes a long time and it will take a long time from now still. I’m not where I want to be, I want to be stronger and bigger, I want to look like I work out you know? some people who are skinny as fuck just train for a few months and increase their protein intake by a lill bit and already see results 🙄
no matter your starting point just do it. I force myself to go half the time even when I don’t feel like it. It’s not easy to stay disciplined but that’s what puts you ahead.
Every single time you train when you don’t feel like, when you go on a day any other person would’ve skipped, is one more day ahead, one more step higher than the average person who quits after 6 months. Just decide it’s what you want to do and then don’t stop doing it. Real visible results will take years, just be patient.
