I'm in a weird place rn where I want to relapse and absolutely mangle my arms but I don't know why? nothing has triggered me besides therapy and I'm usually fine but I just miss the feeling of cutting myself and the burning and the blood. Like I don't wanna ruin my clean streak but I just need to feel something painful again. it's so weird maybe I just need some sleep. I genuinely HATE being clean I miss being addicted to the feeling and giving into urges whenever they popped up instead of resisting them. Ugh.
