Iāve actually sampled and tested the water from different areas around Gotham. Amusement mile obviously has an abundance of Joker Venom, causing the distinct sweet taste. GCPD has a lot of clay residue and ivy pollen, for some reason. And both Arkham and GU are built over ancient resurrection pools only referred to in old manuscripts as āThe blood of Lazarusā, from my research. Which explains the spicy taste. The bitterness in most of Gotham is caused by general chemical mishaps (specifically FT). I personally am partial towards the GU water since I always feel less tired after drinking it.
