How do you make art so quickly?

I do? I don’t think it’s fast enough... been training myself to speed up and shorten the time of drawing. So I usually just skip the whole sketches part and just pen down, draw, markers, over. Or straight up line art, color, shading then done. If it takes me too long to finish something, I also lose motivation to complete it.
