you want it? you got it! tonight we’re going to give you a little sneak peek of our application format along with giving you the dimensions of the graphics required for sonder. all of this can be found under the cut! if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to send it our way. and did i mention we’ll be opening tumblr reserves tomorrow? if you didn’t get a chance at a reserve during either of our early reserve contests, tomorrow night is your opportunity to reserve one canon and one face you’d like! these reserves will open at 9pm EST! in the meantime, enjoy the preview!

our application will consist of four tabbed sections that you will be required to fill out. section one is brief general information on your character, the second section will be the shipper portion, the third section will have to do with explaining your character’s abilities or skills, and then the fourth will be a freeform application with a minimum word count of 400 words. there are three main places for you to input graphics. these are the application image which is 500x280, the avatar image which is 300x600, and a square gif which will resize automatically.

in the coded mini profile, there is also an option to use small images for aesthetics purposes that are seen when someone hovers over the avatar. these are small square images that will resize automatically. let us know if we left anything out that you’re still curious about!

I know this is probably an early question, but when are you guys planning on opening the site? Is there a set date, or at least a week you guys would like to shoot for? : )

things are moving along quickly with putting everything together for the site, so right now we’re looking at an opening date of thursday, march 21st! we were going to wait a little bit longer but we figured the earlier we get this endgame support group going the better. 💕

are all marvel characters going to be playable?

eventually, yes!  we start off with a limited canon list that includes most characters already introduced in the marvel cinematic universe.  we’ll also be starting off with some major canons from the x-men and certain marvel television series as well.  as the site timeline progresses, we will add more canons from the marvel universe in waves based off events and requests from the community!  prior to our reserve competition ending tomorrow night, we will add a list of our current canons available at the opening of the site and let everyone know!

seeing as we’ve been gaining a lot of new followers (hello everyone!), we’ve decided to get our first early reserve contest going!  (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧  as we start to gain momentum, we’re interested in getting to know you before we release more information.  also, it’s a good way to get conversation going in the tag (sondermcu).  if you’d like, feel free to fill out the questionnaire below and be sure to tag it with our tag above so we all can see it!  everyone who fills out the intro form will be entered into a drawing where we’ll be choosing three people that will be able to make one reserve for a canon and one reserve for a portrayal!  we’ll be doing this drawing on friday night at 9pm EST! thanks for being part of sonder and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to let us know!
