The Fall [FFXV]

The plan has been hatched and Insomnia’s demise is assured. Outnumbered and outgunned, the Kingsglaive rushes into battle only to sustain more casualties than ever before. And yet, the Empire strategically retreats. Crowe outwardly calls this a victory but something seems off. Days go by and the peace treaty is announced. Before Crowe can discuss her thoughts on treaty she is sent on an assignment. Little did she know, this would be the last time she saw her friends alive.

Crowe dies.

Divergent: Comrades

Crowe escapes the ambush and is shocked to learn that the Kingsglaive has been compromised. She is later seen in Lestallum after after the King departs for Altissia.

Crowe dies in Kingsglaive, everyone knows this. But what if she didn’t. I’ve written stories to explore this idea.

Dislikes: The Empire, the word ‘Sister’.

A scrawny girl covered in dirt. Crowe survived through scavenging and thievery at the edge of Insomnia. One day, she was caught stealing from a King’s servant. She was quickly felled by a member of the Kingsglaive, but they saw potential in a young girl who could weave the King’s magic and showed her mercy. Years later, Crowe became a well-renowned member of the Kingsglaive. She values her fellow soldiers for they are the only friends she has ever known. 

Crowe vehemently sides with Insomnia’s position in the war, but often wonders how long she can keep fighting. She worries that one day, the fighting will cease and the Empire will consume Insomnia. What would happen to her friends should the wall fall. What would happen to her powers should the King fall? A bottle of Lucian wine is usually enough to quell these thoughts.
