i have a headcanon that infinite would have very badly healed scars after his tob surgery cuz he had it either DIY (w the help of his jackal squad) or in a shady cheap place (where the doctor didnt even have a license probably) so not only was it botched but he also wasnt told how to take care of it after. (sonic loves kising it cuz the scar tissue is very sensetive tho .heh...)
