It's Easter Monday, so we headed to church ⛪️ to knock out some reps for Jesus. It almost brought Craig to tears. First day at the new location too. Doesn't smell of sweat....yet. (at The Fitness Mill)

Deadlifts. First time in three months, and at the end of my fourth workout this week. That'll probably hurt in the morning.
