[TUTORIAL] How to create fake varsity patches

What you’ll need:

Backing fabric (I prefer to use heavy white bridal satin)

Contrast thread (standard sewing thread works fine)

Standard craft felt that matches the colour of your thread (bought from Michael’s)

Lightweight “LITE” Heat n Bond (bought from Michael’s)

Sewing machine that has zig-zag stitching, preferably programmable so you can change the stitch spacing and width

Iron and ironing board
