it’s easy for hobbies to turn into things we avoid because of the pressure we put on ourselves. but i promise, u have nothing to prove. if u enjoy drawing, draw!! it doesn’t have to be museum worthy. ur baking doesn’t need to be master chef worthy every time you do it. hobbies are hobbies because they make you happy and u enjoy doing them. there is no pressure for u to become a professional in everything u enjoy; enjoy it for the lack of pressure. try and let yourself participate in things without tying ur worth to the final products. if it makes you happy, anything that comes from that is worth it.

i know many people in the bts fanfiction community have avoiding mentioning this blog to avoid giving it attention, but circumstances have changed. i’ll address the admin directly @btsfanficauthorstea. your blog is a space that encourages and sanctions hate. you can dress it up all you like with innocuous-sounding terms like “tea” or “venting,” but it’s time to call a spade a spade. you give a platform for people to anonymously spread unsubstantiated claims about other users in an echo chamber of vitriol and plain hatefulness. you are afforded the safety of anonymity, while the people that are mentioned on your blog so frequently, are torn down for everything and anything they do, and that hypocrisy points to either inexcusable ignorance or willful maliciousness. xenophobia and racism are a direct consequence of creating such a environment, in which meanness is encouraged without any scrutiny or any requirement of substantiation. writers are torn down for everything and anything they do, and now it becomes clear—they are also hated for who they are, and you have emboldened people with truly ugly views to share them with a receptive audience.
