Ronald Castillo, Babs’ boss and antagonist #1. The only thing Ron hates more than his job as the manager of a run-down grocery store is people who pretend they don’t. His biggest fear dying on the job, coming back as a zombie, and continuing to work at the store until his body completely decomposes. Each day he edges closer to paying off his mortgage and finally retiring. Too bad he gets kidnapped by a racist-racist.
Carol Miller, real-estate agent, member of the PTA, and antagonist #2. Carol doesn’t understand why people won’t just give her want she wants. Doesn’t the service industry know it has to cater to her every need? Plus it’s getting harder to keep kidnapping the people who upset her and hiding them in basements.
Sir Finnley, Babs’ ever-faithful Betta fish, the good boy. Sir Finnley is a simple fish. He spends his days floating upside down and staring vacantly off into space. Things have been pretty calm since he died 4 years ago, but it seems like that’s about to change when his beautiful caretaker comes home one day with plans for an epic rescue mission.
