[pats her back lightly] You don’t have to thank me but you’re welcome. [shakes his head, unable to believe the sudden change of events as he sees the manacles being brandished; looks to her but catches on quickly] She got too close to the edge. It’s so windy out tonight, you see. [knits his brows together in slight confusion over the newest addition to the group but ignores the man] There’s nothing more to it. [nods eagerly, hoping their story is convincing enough] A very lucky thing, I'm so grateful to him. [offers Daniel a small smile, then shifting her gaze to the men as they back away and return their handcuffs to their pockets] I think he deserves a reward of some sort. [looks to her fiancee, narrowing her eyes critically. Once he agrees and invites Daniel to a dinner, she nods her head] Thank you again, Mr. Kerr. I'm indebted to you.
