Darkness has fallen, and with it came the crawling out many cockroaches- rude, intellectually underdeveloped Nick haters, hating those who don’t hate him
quick meme regarding all the press this season
I gotta say this, what attracted me to Nick Baine was the nobility that was taken away from him in these last episodes. But his nobility was shown so strongly that all the stupidity shown after doesn't bother me, i mean it.
i have never fallen in love with a character quicker than i did with cheyenne. our first intro to her is jack's eyes of yearning awe as he imagines her dancing, then the entire board talking about her being the best dancer in the world, a national treasure, people come to the ballet just to see her etc etc. next thing we cut to is her screaming at eco-warriors to ram the boat of illegal fishermen, knocks someone twice her size overboard without effort, and is put in prison by her own people because she scares them so much. she's rude, selfish, a perfectionist, illogical, with no social graces, and I love her with my entire heart. she really does feel so strongly and its captivating to watch. I literally only kept watching the show because of her
I thought I was reading to much into it but Max just seemed eh about this season "I'm just an actor for hire I don't make decisions" "we can't make everyone happy" "there's going to be decisions that upset people" and that makes me sad for him...he was always the show/lizzies biggest supporter
I don’t know him or what he thinks.
I agree tho.
I bet he’s as ready to be free as we are.
I hope he knows how greatful we are for his incredible acting - which brought our beloved character to life. Wouldn’t have been possible without him. I literally can’t imagine anyone else as Nick Blaine.
The guy in the original movie did a good job but he didn’t have the vulnerability and softness … that’s what I love most about THIS Nick is he’s …maybe the only example I have ever seen- of a soft man. A gentleman. Who’s also a warrior. Soft spoken. Kind.
Males this badass are always toxic masculine archetypes.
Ugh don’t get me started.
But yea Max is one of the most under rated actors of our generation - Nick Blaine is the best romantic hero maybe ever- it’s a lethal combo.
He always says he has no control over the plot.
He wanted us to know that. 🖤
Adore it so badly when on any Hulu’s post of June and Luke people are all like WHERE IS NICK
I'm spoiled by the world of cinema, and I always need something grandiosely tragic, the more tragic the more beautiful, but as for him, damn, something went wrong and I wish him all the pink lambs and ponies
I am a person who loves love, and I love Nick Blaine's love very much
