today, out of 12 i got to rough draft 6 and out of those one of them was a colored draft, which im gonna do for all of them…

im so sleepy eepy rn im gonna work on the oneshots some more and start week 2 monday or week 1 saturday and sunday because it gives that yummy YUMMY lore ;;))

Wanted to show off raibarus design wip

For reasons unknown I always imagine Yanagi and Taeko to be Ayano and Taro’s twin who died at birth (or vice versa if Taeko and Yanagi are chosen to be the ones in the game)

Or in the case of Taeko and Taro perhaps their twin sister/brother died in an accident a couple months before the game officially begins thus giving a REASON for Hanako to be so close to Senpai. Not wanting them to die as well and leave Hanako alone with their parents

Thus making Hanako a slightly less childish and immature character by having a more mature-ish reason to constantly stay by Senpai’s side during her week

I more so see the Taeko and Taro twin idea as Ryoba likely would have been DEVASTATED by the death of her child, who in her eyes is a physical manifestation of her and Jokichi’s love, even if one survived she probably would have gone through a fit of rage or something of the sort after finding out one of her twins had died

anything written is written in her handwriting :D i thought it’d be a cute thing to have everyone’s info a bit unique to their personality but as you can see she is the first and only so far I’ve done but pretty much all of the rivals have a design i just need to do character sheets >:))

this is the first time in a while ive actually finished something like this and im proud of myself :)

ive done the rival designs up to asu or muja?? (i was working on them yesterday so i kinda forgot lol) so i got a lot of sheets to make haha…and dont even get me started on non rival characters idk why but i havent been able to settle on a design for raibaru 😭 wish me luck

Been working on the designs for the LoveSick Mode Au and the fluffy au that I haven't given a name yet^^

They're on paper right now, but I'm gonna redraw them digitally with coloring and shading!! The whole shebang lol

The contrast between the LoveSick version and the fluff one is so yummy to me I'm gonna die hehe

Apparently I'm not done redesigning Yandere Sim characters. This time taking a crack at the background characters because making them look like main characters was a mistake. In my opinion anyway. It could of worked if the rivals looked more boring Ayano and Taro. But they don't, and they don't stand out at all from the crowd as a result.

I started with redesigning a couple of the clubs because I think it will illustrate my point a little better. Starting with the drama club as the most egregious example of this.

I'm gonna say it, I fucking hate the purple hair. Like yeah I get wanting the club to look cohesive and like they belong together but they're unimportant background characters! They shouldn't be drawing attention away from Kizana, who is important to the story. Kizana does not stand out with this crowd! But a few simple changes....

See my point? In this piece I've drawn, your eyes should be drawn to both Kizana and Kokona since they are the only ones with the purple hair. (In hindsight I should have given Kokona roots to show that her hair is dyed but whatever. I still think Kizana stands out a little more than her.) And all it took was a simple change of hair and eye color.

Final notes: yes I cut off Tokuko's curls. Maybe it's just the character model but the curls don't look like they're attached to her head. Plus I thought she looked cuter with a pixie cut.

Also I cut one of the boys (Riku) from the club purely for composition reasons. I just really wanted Kizana in the middle.

And finally to maintain a cohesiveness within the club I gave all the club members the v-necked sweater in the pink, purple, and maroon options. As well as white rose accessories. I thought the white looked better with the red uniforms and allowed Kizana to stand out a little more as the only one with red roses.

Yandere simulator 1st of March update!

Yandere Dev added a new menu to help understand the mechanics of eliminations.

New animations when u throw the little explosive.

Now Ayano can download weird images on the rival phone to ruin her reputation with Genka.

About Genka...now she have new textures!

She looks very good.
