anws thank u so much for asking after the fic- it really warms my heart to know that there are people out there who are still interested in it <3333 i do have an outline for the story (even got the epilogue planned), basically all it needs to do is get written- which sadly, i haven’t the time to do yet T_T ive been working 10-12 hour days, which is pretty much par for the course for my industry, but because i am a wilting delicate little flower it’s been pretty rough for me ^^\\\

i do hope to finish the fic one day, if only to give hux and kylo the ending they deserve-- but for now you might have to wait a while. sorry dear!

Hux was standing by the plexiglass windows, a lonely figure carved in starlight. 

The general’s already pallid skin was bleached bone-white by the cold light of the stars, his every feature thrown into sharp relief. His lips were set in a thin line, his eyes hard. In that moment, he was as remote, as distant as the stars he was gazing at, and just as untouchable. 

He looked so very alone.

“Hux,” Kylo said, “Let me help you.”

Hello all! I’m sure we can all agree this has been a rough year, but it’s finally coming to a close, and, looking back, there have been some bright spots in the darkness this year. Hopefully this list will be another one! I did my first follow forever last year and it seemed to lift a lot of spirits, so I’m choosing to honor all my wonderful tumblr friends again this year!

As for the tie-yanking thing, here's my spiel: Hux is a sax player and Kylo's arguing with him that rock is better than jazz

Rockstar!Kylo!!!! Be still my beating heart :OOOO he would totally be an amazing rockstar, leather jacket and all. Plus all those diva-esque temper tantrums. Rockstar all the way. Hux and him have vigorous debates where Hux valiantly defends the reputation of jazz-- this rivalry eventually transitions to the bedroom, where Hux demonstrates to Kylo his mastery of a very different kind of sax ;D

P.S i’m sorry for my disrespect to the noble institute of jazz... but you really should have known better than to give me the opportunity to make sax jokes ;))
