SPOILERS FOR AMONG US SHOW AND STRAY (the game) !!! you really shouldn't have asked this i'm gonna have to rant about my imposter lore now deadass you kinda just have to go with the flow?? they have no basic set in stone anatomy that we know of so they're always up for interpretation (and by that i mean there's multiple interpretations of the imposters) but for right now i'm talking about the show's imposters

i like to think of them almost like an octopus as they have no internal bones and just soft tissue thats able to reshape and resize itself (as said and shown in the show), so their designs are very flexible. i dont really have a full-body of my imposter designs but i do like to give them at least some sort of mass that resembles arms and legs like feral animals (only for adult or elders however, for example i think imp!green would've had small little legs but imp!orange would've been mostly just tentacles because they were around for significantly less time) also? heads. i like imposters with a visible unique headshape. that's about it

for my viper designs i try to make the tentacles resemble that of a snake's fangs, along with a seperated bottom jaw because snakes can dislocate their jaws to swallow their food

(older but still relevant viper design i did a bit ago) i also based them ever so slightly off of the zurk nests in stray

TLDR just go with the flow.,, get references from real life and take inspo off of other media really

ok so, I approached my local library with a proposal to donate a mural as a way to A: build portfolio/gain practical experience and B: give back to a beloved public institution. The director was very enthusiastic about it and i've been working on it since the beginning of March. Come with me as I endeavor to paint what is in all honesty an excessive amount of birds

I wanted the birds to look like they were actually in the space so first thing after doing the draft was to do a lighting study

after that I covered the walls in letters in lieu of a projector/vr headset bc i have neither of those :) Then i take a picture of the section of wall and superimpose the lineart over top of it so I can pencil in the lines

et voila

and that was a whole week on it's own so next comes the paintin' >:)

not sure if it's a good idea to fandomize clairvoyance's whole side quest arg ass thing cause i like it so much and it's perfect how it is but my autism demands it. sooo

i've always seen r.h. and clairvoyance (the "narrator", i just call them as the badge's name) as seperate entities but i feel like i remember there wasn't a distinction between them. or i'm just misunderstanding it idfk i should play clairvoyance again someday

hey btw it is fatphobic to not draw the single fat character in the cast of phighting (boombox) as fat. hes not even that fat but he IS fat. to erase all of the fat on his body and draw him skinny is fatphobic. if you know about his toothgap, youve seen soda's art, you know he is fat. there is no excuse to be drawing boombox skinny in 2026
