Today my mom said to me “I wanna see you can do something besides lay in your bed” I a chronically ill, full time nursing student getting my bachelors in science and nursing. Apparently I do nothing worthy of praise in her eyes. I have to financially depend on her because of school and my health and my self-esteem has never been so low.
