mahito is in every way a child. he's flippant and goes through swings of interest. the issue is he has not only the accesibility, but the intelligent to be able to take those childish and unrestricted urges and make them a reality.

also at some point someone remind me to make a post about how gojo and mahito are the same person. carved from the same rock, but in different facets.

i do love that mahito can seem legitimately and genuinely kind, then flip at a dime. if you only meet him once it's like "oh that was a very nice and excited fellow." he's childish, he's excitable and overly animated. he loves to just...exist and be alive with an almost welcoming aura. you WANT to be his friend, no matter how much that voice in your head screams to run.

i've mentioned when i first made the blog--but mahito never really intended to kill junpei. he enjoys junpei's company, he finds him appealing, entertaining. he likes him in the same way a child likes a doll, he could do anything to him, and it would be justified in his mind because all junpei really is, is a doll to mahito. a toy to be played with. he is mahito's favourite toy and he probably always will.

yet there's something inside of him that found eradicating him so beautiful. that at least the death of this perfect toy could be done in a way that he caused it, he made him, he CREATED what he would die as. he only wishes he got more time to think exactly how he would morph, change, his perfect doll.
