Natsume Soseki is All Seeing

OK so, if you are reading the manga, you would realize that Natsume Soseki has the ability to become a cat. But this man has been in the story for some time.

Exhibit A: When Ango, Dazai and Odasaku met at the bar and had some good conversation

Exhibit B: Thereafter, we see our homie, Natsume Soseki, giving Odasaku some advise on becoming a writer.

Exhibit C: moving further on, we find ourselves with Natsume Soseki once again- after Dazai decides to move on to the better side of life.

All in all, this man has been every where and no where, without us really knowing. The things he must know. Oddly enough, this is a lot like the book I Am A Cat by Natsume Soseki. A cat just watching over humans, all observing and all-seeing.
