ok universe, iāmĀ ready to feel good things. make me feel good things.
whenever i post this it worksĀ reblog if u want to feel good things & the universe will bring u something sweetĀ
Working out has honestly helped with my anxiety so much, and today I almost couldnāt work out because it was so bad, but I pushed myself , and I feel much better. I also started a new 8 week workout regimen so Iāll probably be posting updates every 2 weeks on how thatās going, and progress! I truthfully havenāt worked out the last 2 weeks, and I think that may partially be why my anxiety has been so bad again. Time to get back on track šŖš¼
Medication
Thereās a common misconception about medication , and the fact of it working or not. Placebo or not? Not everything is a placebo, and while I hate hate hateeee medication Iāve decided to start Prozac as of Monday just because things were getting so bad. Itās only been 3 days, but so far my stutter and little twitches have started to go away which has been so nice, and make communication easier. Eventually I do hope to go full on with strictly CBD as Iām currently just using a CBD wax pen. Which is glorious, but Id really like to incorporate oil in order to get the full effect of the lasting feeling through ourt the day. Iām primarily just using Prozac to get back on my feet, but Iām incredibly hopeful that this medication works as I have found most of them Iām allergic to, and also experience the extreme side effects they come with. So fingers crossed šš
Rough patches
One of the most frustrating things bout mental health is the random drop offs that occur. You cou go to bed feel perfect, and on top of the world , and wake up the next day completely miserable. Thatās sorta what happened today. I thought maybe I was just tired , but itās turned morneinro a dreadful day. The one were I consider quitting my job, and not even talking to my family or best friend because Iād rather just curl up in a ball, and lay in bed alone. Iāve been wanting to take a break from social media lately, but I kinda needed convincing. This sorta gave me that upper hand to finally push myself for it. Iād just really like to be happy again, and actually become involved in the things I want to be involved with. Also Iām so thankful if you staye updated with Me the next 2 weeks on here. Much love ššāØ

Iāve opened my mind and heart again ā¤ļø
Hi friends, itās been awhile since Iāve posted, but for awhile there my anxiety was too bad to be open. Which was honestly the entire point of this blog was so Iļø could be open at all times, but the weight was honestly just too much. My anxiety was causing a stutter, and Iļø went back to be unable to use my hands very well. Many of you who have anxiety or know somebody with anxiety know that in those moments there can be a mean cruel side, and thatās also where Iļø was it. Iām so thankful for my family, and friends pushing through all of this with me, but on another note this post is more about what Iāve come to realize in my life, and where Iām going. The last few weeks have been filled me realizing Iļø wanted to change, but not entirely sure of what, and why. Today was my first day off that Iļø didnāt really have anything to do which allowed me to get into my head, and Iām so thankful for that. First Iļø needed to look at where Iāve been, where Iām coming from, where Iām at to decide where Iām going. Thatās when it hit me.... this time last year Iļø remember doing nothing but crying, Iļø was always upset, and Iļø remember one night going to my parents, and begging them to put my in the psych ward because Iļø wanted to kill myself so much. Thatās not something many of you know about me, but yes .... Iļø was the miserable Iļø contemplated how much better off everybody would be without me, how easily Iļø could make all of the noise of not being good enough go away if Iļø just ended it. That one night is just burned in my head, Iļø was so weak within myself Iļø couldnāt even stand. There were a few other times I asked them, but in that one moment Iļø was never more serious. Iļø never ended up going, but feeling so weak did cause a spark in me to want to change, and be happy. Exactly a year later Iām moved out with one of my best friend, Iļø work on strengthening my relationship with God daily, Iām eating and going to the gym ( Iļø would go days without eating), and Iām genuinely happy. Itās amazing to wake up smiling, and ready for a new day even if Iļø am a little grouchy. A year to go through such a massive change like this is amazing, and Iāve worked so hard to get here. Iām falling back in love with myself, and my passions. Today Iāve decided to dive back into yoga, painting, astrology , and spreading love anywhere that Iļø can. Iāll be making a lot more posts regarding those things, and what Iām doing. My mantra as of lately has been ā itās hard before it gets betterā. Iām so excited to share all of the new things Iāll be apart of, and honestly just super happy Iļø have the opportunity to spread love again whenever Iļø can. Thanks for reading šāØ
Manic Episodes and why they fucking suck
You know that feeling you get when you know you're getting sick? You can feel the flu coming on with sneezes, and chills. That's what a manic episode is like, but you can't take anything to fix it. It's pretty much just holding on, and hoping you don't do anything drastic. Literally days before it happens you can feel it building, and building. Just like the incline on a roller coaster. But I didn't have the chance to size up the decline before I got on, I didn't even want to get on. It's just a squeeze your eyes shut, and cross your fingers that your stomach doesn't end up in your throat, it's not knowing how long it's going to last, which twists and turns are going to be there. It's a wooden roller coaster, the ones that shake you too much, and give you headaches. Someone told me good morning, and I started crying. It's scary thoughts, suicidal thoughts, but not telling anyone because you don't want to hurt yourself, but holy fuck it would be so rad to not feel this way for God only know how long. You literally never know how long it's going to last. It could be 3 days, it could be a month, sometimes more. The thing with a manic episode is it's not always negative, but in a way still is. When I go above the straight line (which the line is where every else is) I'm basically high on life, too much money is spent, I'm invincible, and to me literally nothing can go wrong. That's not necessarily safe, and it's put me in a lot of situations that I regret. That I wish I could change because I didn't see how it would hurt me, but it hurt someone else. It hurt them bad, and now I'll never be able to live it down. All because I saw no harm, it's blinding. Those episodes are very rare, having bi-polar depression means I get to fall below the line.Imagine the quadratic equations we had, and what those graphs look like, sometimes it's steady on the X, and other times I'm dipping low into the negative Y. I have a bad habit of sending texts that seem like I'm walking away for ever, texts that scare people. You get so far into your head you get completely lost. It's being afraid to be alone because your mind is a scary place, and it's already being mean to you, but now it's being even more mean. Calling you a coward, a baby, making you feel like no one cares, and the world is 10000% against you, that nobody wants you around. Because why would anybody want somebody that randomly goes off the deep end? That doesn't make any sense. Who could ever love a person like that. Always remember this is all very real to someone if you have someone like this in your life please be patient with them, please listen to what they have to say even if it's super silly to you. ā¤ļø thanks for reading
