No.  These tactics are highly unlikely to have any effect, let alone result in anything positive.

Here is an accurate list:

Report him to Tumblr staff.  He is breaking the Tumblr Community Guidleines in multiple ways: Harassment, Malicious Speech, Harm to Minors, and Promotion or Glorification of Self-Harm.

Block him.  Do not respond, reblog, or acknowledge his posts.  If he remakes, block the new account as well, also without engaging.

The without engaging part is absolutely key.  By answering his anons and rebloging his posts, Sound has been feeding him.  What you need to do is starve him.  You starve him by not answering him.

In Regards To Citizens Of The Ocean-

Look, I’m thankful that people are enjoying the fic, I really, really  am. But lately I’ve been recieving extremely problematic feedback involving certain scenarios in the story. More specifically, taking the torturing of Green and the kidnapping of Red, in an erotic light, and making me seem like a horrid person for not writing it that way, among other things.

Kidnapping and torture are not sexy. Molestation isn’t sexy. Rape isn’t sexy. My works are not intended to be erotic, they never were, and never will be.

You know why I include them? Because those are just a few of the horrid crimes a human could commit, and it pertains to a hint of my experiences as an individual living on this despicable planet.

I won’t give out story details, but let me just say that this isn’t only for you, it’s for me.

Don’t sexualize my characters.

Don’t turn my scenarios into something they’re not.

What is happening to these children is a horrid atrocity that should never be commited, and that is exactly why that is happening.

Because humanity never truely knows it’s limits, until their own nature contradicts itself, or until nature contradicts them.
