hey there, thank you for reaching out, you’re very kind. i’m not sure when this message was sent since tumblr still doesn’t show timestamps, but just to clarify, the “anon hate” (lol, barely hateful..) i received that are the last few posts on my blog were from over a year ago and i had fully stopped posting/reblogging about 8 months or so prior to that. so this blog has been inactive for almost 2 years now.

i left tumblr because my real life got really busy, not because i dislike this platform. but when i wanted to return i did feel somewhat unwelcome by some people. i rarely use any form of social media nowadays. it’s brain rotting stuff.

you also shouldn’t apologise on behalf of others. i wish whoever’s reading this a good day on behalf of myself ;) and try not get too caught up in these things.. go for a run, clear your mind, log off once in a while...

If tumblr bothers you so much, delete it or turn notifications off. Do you expect people to just do what you say? I'm genuinely curious.

I do have my notifs off. I don’t want to delete because as I mentioned I do want to return. and maybe I have now because I’m replying to these asks. and tbf I rarely do what someone tells me to do just because they said so, so idk why I asked that of others

I don’t enjoy using tumblr anymore, my feed is too exhausting. I want to return to this platform but I need a massive clear out of blogs I follow so my feed is not as messy and chaotic as it is now. I also want to change my theme and layout. but I can’t be bothered to do all that. I might be back, I might not be.
