not to sound parasocial or some shit, but god, i hope sleep token knows how much they are loved.

i’ve been going through some rough shit lately and their music always gets me through it. their lyrics make my emotions and thoughts feel understood. they remind me that i’m not the only person feeling such a way. they make me feel seen and heard and they’ve honestly reinvigorated me to some extent.

i know i’m definitely not the only one who feels like that. they’ve done so much for fans without even directly trying and while that can be said about any artist, sleep token just has such an emotional way of doing it that i can’t adequately describe. i just hope they all know how loved and cherished they are. i hope that if they ever have dark moments, they are helped in the same way that they have helped to many of us.
