I have this headcannon that Cartman is an extremely fast learner when he wants to do something. He learned how to cook and mend clothes by only watching his Mom doing it a few times. He just memorized the steps and does it. I don't think he's aware that other kids can't just memorize stuff like he can.

Also the mental math he did in the episode Pee is mind blowing
