But across the river the less wealthy residents of Northvale know how to get their fair share of that too. Still here!

As you guys have noticed, things have been a bit quieter around here, so I wanted to make a post to let everyone know there’s still people around here!

Em and I (and soon Sarah again too!) are still here to post and are now mostly making lists for our characters about plots we want to play and posts we want to make for it so we’ll know where we want to go and won’t lose muse on any chats.

It’s a good way to rp while you’re more busy with work and studying, so if any of the old members wants to join in on a more easy and not so activity focused idea of rping, feel free to join in and plot with us <3

I haven’t rp’ed in a while so I might be a bit rusty, but this place looks great :)

PARA SAMPLE

The idea of having dinner as a family was simply annoying to Sydney. They didn’t do it normally so why should they just because one of her father’s friends were coming over? Of course she knew the answer to this; he wanted to show off his perfect family, the beautiful housewife and his sweet daughter. And why should her father have to pick Friday night? She could be out with friends or even just relaxing in her room without the worry of homework to be given in the next day. She wasn’t looking forward to this, she just wanted it to be over as soon as possible. Her dad’s friends tended to be dull, not to mention incredibly old and unattractive. She didn’t even want to think about the talk over the dinner table, it was all so exceedingly mature, unlike her. She would smile politely and say all the right things but it wasn’t riveting.

After picking out a simple black dress and tying her hair up, she was made to help her father in the kitchen even though she wasn’t allowed to touch much or actually cook. She was only asked for to set out the table in some of their finest china and cutlery. Her father seemed even more frantic than usual, this told her that he really liked the guy coming over for dinner and wanted to impress him more than usual. This probably meant he was going to boring, the more her father liked them the less Sydney did. At the sound of a knock, Sydney was practically pushed out of the kitchen, her mother nowhere in sight. Probably still getting ready, which was typical of her.

Begrudgingly she opened the door, only to be pleasantly surprised by the man standing in front of her. Immediately Sydney straightened out her dress and shot a small smile at the guy. “You must be Mr Sutherland, though you’re not exactly what I expected,” she said, as her eyes flitted downwards over him. He definitely wasn’t, she expected some old man who reeked of Old Spice but instead she was greeted by a hot, thirty-something year old man who had obviously heard of Chanel, well at least that’s what it smelt like. “I’m Sydney,” she announced before step to the side to let him in and lock the door. She ran her hands through her hair to coolly take out her hair tie, leaving her hair to fall elegantly down her back, as she started to walk to the living room for some pre-meal drinks.

How active is this rp?

Thank you for your message! Our rp is a bit more quiet at the moment, more like a 6 activity level, but we’re hoping some new members can change that so we can start all fun kind of new events!

Our players who play Isabella Bradshaw, Lindsey Austen, Danica Hartley, Anna Mead and Gabriella Santiago, Toby Salvatore and Flora Allen, Harry Fields, Joe Vanderbilt, Atlas Sparks are on to post every day. Our Derek Levine, Jake Grey, Violet Skye and Elizabeth Bradshaw, Riley Scott players are on every few days, but they will soon have more time to be more active too.

However if you have work and study/school then it might help that it’s good to combine with this rp, we have enough happening to have a great dramatic time posting, but it’s also still possible to keep up with everything and read all the posts on the dash!
