蘇枋__i have been asked why i think suo never touches his phone in front of people and while i would love for it to be a much more funny or haunted reason it's just because he's ultra-super-special old fashioned polite and it's considered rude to have your phone out around people you're supposed to be talking to in Japan

成人期__You've always been the one to watch, haven't you? You always notice. The little things that go unseen, you see them. You're a wallflower, is what I mean to say, storing away your knowledge for something, something, something. To help, or destroy, you have yet to know that yourself. Most often, you don't really mean to see what you do, you simply…do. You watch as the wolf contorts into a seemingly gentle thing and the sheep bares fangs it should not have, and you say nothing, and you tell yourself it isn't regarding you. But, dear, you cannot lead a life stuck in fox holes and solitude. Not forever, at least. One day, you will be so full of knowledge, but you will have no one there to share it with.

成人期__Poor thing. How harrowing the world must be when you had to pretend that everything human about it didn't affect you personally. It was what made his dear friend both a challenge and a balm to assist; There was a sense of justice and emotional quotient that he had never quite managed to reach - for all his talk of maturity and adulthood, he was less capable of keeping his emotions in check than someone who believed themselves unworthy of so many things.

"Hm? Well, we're all here, aren't we? You're here, Sakura-kun, so I don't find it necessary to overthink anything else."

He wasn't actually horizontal, having been resting against the wall and watching the calico stray a bit too intently, only stirring from an obvious dissociative fugue when he was directly addressed. Reaching over and past his companion, a water bottle was brought forth from a shopping bag, and he would offer it like an olive branch.

Despite the genuity of her nature, he had never known her resourcefulness to balk in the presence of an equal mind, so he chose an off-handed tactic to assess the circumstance.

Having learned himself in such a wabi sabi manner, it did prove... interesting, to try and instill the defensive fighting style on someone who could possibly trip over their own shadow by accident. Luckily, he did so love to teach, and his affections for his companion ensured an endless bounty of patience - that being said - he had opted for a break in training. And there was no better way to relax the mind and body than tea! An entire set-up brought forth from the depths of nothing that made logical sense - a pot, two cups, and a small burner to heat both water and the loose bai mu dan he had saved for the occasion.

"Which part is impossible? The basics of the technique?"

As though everything else was entirely normal.

成人期__The veritable essence of tried and true sufferance, a smile that traced an outline of pure venom before it was buried beneath all the tolerance the world had to offer. Of all the outcomes that could have transpired that day, his dear friend opting to form a semblance of companionship with this man was perhaps one of the more unfortunate. Did that mean he would refuse to try and be amiable? Maybe. He was still pretty sore about the whole ordeal.

"They were a gift. You'd have to go quite a long way to get an exact pair, I'm afraid."

Perhaps it was because he and the monster behind him were of an akin breed, a unique intuition and study of the human psyche and how it bent and breathed seemed to give them both a way to connect to the world around them, which was... extremely uncomfortable - he just couldn't see them getting along. But that might just be his own terrible attitude. Arms at rest against the small of his own back, he took several swift and precise steps to both get his earrings out of batting range and to turn on a heel so he was gazing directly upwards.
