the mutant child let out a scream before collapsing , they were trying to cross the street when it happened . their head pounded as they struggled to rise to her knees before collapsing again .

the alienoid terrapin let out a small whine , a low whimper as their head lowered , astral sounding chirps escaping the clearly saddened creature as a soft flickering and warm light eminated from their beak , tail curling around his wrist with a whine . they didn’t want to go home .

trembling she looked up at the plant mutant , her eyes  fearfully widened and she let out a small sniffle , she was drooling slightly , violently shaking . her arm was burnt , bleeding slightly from the metal branding she’d been forced to endure . it itched and she only stopped  scraping at it to rub her overly teary eyes . looking up at the plant mutant then back down to the food . her eyes seemed to flicker between deep emotion and vacancy , “ s - st - stay . . . p - pl - please . . . “
