Guys, I wanna ramble about my family au so bad, if yall have any ideas for drawing or things you wanna see? Please ask! Or tell me. Yknow what? I'm also really bored. Cause the smoke itself isn't harmful to fire elementals, they just inhale pure whatever they're burning, which means ciggs and vapes are still harmful because nicotine and formaldehyde,etc are bad not cause of the smoke? Does that make sense? I still headcannon that alot of fire elementals are addicted to ciggs, chainsmoking levels, both for the effect and the look.

Lucille's the only one in contact with their mother? Why so? What was their mother like?
She is, their mom as never directed her nasty behavior towards Luci. And Luci is extremely forgiving, and while she highly disapproves of how her mom treated the other two, she just can't disown her. Family means a lot to Lucille, after rehab she's been doing a lot to get everyone back together again.
Their mom to put it lightly is a bigot; She's scared of what she sees as wrong and different and she lets it turn to anger and takes it out on the people she is supposed to care about. To her neighbors and friends she's a doll, absolutely lovely. Maybe a slightly Karen from time to time, but you'd never be able to guess the amount of skeletons in her closet.(pun and implication intended)

The long story in question, they dated Claire for a bit. And It didn't end the best, but they're all still friends, so it worked out in the end. Unresolved tension but it's working out.
What's Sydneys relationship with Holly? And what's Lucille like?
Syd's and Holly's relationship is honestly the most healthy in the whole family. While still distinct personalities, they have fully operated as a single unit for almost all of their adult life. Because they've had to,and when they were younger, it was quite a different story. Syd was always trying to keep up the 'normal sweet girl' appearance, while Holly was defensive and argumentative. (Still is and honestly had every right to be) Usually actively confronting her own bullies( except one) and generally just being and pent up angry teen. They bickered a lot, not hating each other, but definitely ready to snap at any moment. Nowadays, they don't have many arguments. Except when it comes to the boys being grounded as such. Hehe, all around really good. Even if it used to not be.
Lucille is the resident goth of the family. She's the only one still in contact with their mother. She looks like she'd punch you, but no, she's the sweetest, most forgiving person on the planet. She's had her issues, but she's one the up and up again. Sober and currently working on her dream job, she's also the reason holt got that piercing>;). Syd chewed her out big time for that one.

The frankie one has been done for a while. I was originally gonna make Draculara's print, well like dracula, but i just couldn't find the energy to work on it. My friend gave me the idea of doing a twilight one and just had to.

As far as you're comfortable, I would love to see a q&a! You set the rules tho, some people could ask questions you migth not be comfortable with and ruin the fun, or do whatever you want, it's your work after all 😁. You're so creative and such a good drawer than every time I see something new I want more 🫶

When he first transferred to MH, His horns hadn't grown in yet so it was a lot easier to be written off as a normie than it is now. though I will point out that technically Manny is more normie than Jackie is.

Something to establish, Robert and Sydney hydes were not giving names upon appearing for the first time. Syd named hers holly around the beginning of high school as a form of rebellion, something like that. Robert never did that. The closest he came to give him one was his sisters, referring to his hyde as 'robbie'. And it has stuck, Rob doesn't see 'robbie' as a person, rather all of his patheticness. So he takes his self-hatred out on him, physically and mentally, so 'Robbie' tries to do everything in his power to not be a nuisance to not upset the other. Which has left them in quite the precarious situation.
Around late jackies sophomore year, Robert is reunited with his family, and it's truly reveals how delicate he is but he does start getting better.

What do you wanna know?!?! i have so many things, i wanna rant about. I know a lot of this is just so I have an excuse draw and write Jackie/holt but I'm invested at this point. My favorite to write for is Robert(the boys uncle), He's such a pathetic mew mew of a man. He's been living alone in the mountains of Idaho for 20 years, and while that's done him some good. His mental health as been on a slippery slope, he is single handily has the worst relationship with his Hyde.
