i wouldn’t usually post colourful pictures on this blog, however i feel it is very important that we show our support for those who lost their lives in the orlando nightclub shooting. it is a terrible tragedy and very upsetting to those who rely on these spaces to feel safe. as someone who is a part of the lgbt+ community (bisexual), i know how important it is that these people have a safe space, and for that space to become dangerous must leave those who rely on safe spaces feeling lost and panicked. i hope that in the future, we can look back on now and think “oh my god, homophobia used to be that bad? i’m so glad it’s finally resolved”. thank you, and please continue to show support for the lgbtqa+ community, whether or not you are a part of it.
