i think i have come to terms with the fact that i will probably always suck at‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‎deadlock‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‎at least as long as i play it on the steam deck because even as someone new to mobas/shooters i should have shown more improvement by now than i have. and i Do really want to still be playing and enjoying the game regardless but it sucks to know that i am the person dragging my team down. feels bad. and the new rank system also sucks because they've taken the pretty rank colors away and now low ranks are fucking. Brick. Stone. you may as well tell me i'm going in the Poopy Shit Butt Rank. i love the lore and the characters soooo much i don't want to stop playing the game entirely but i wish i didn't have to wait a year or whatever for a pve mode (playing against bots doesn't count because the bots are stupid easy there's literally no challenge in fighting them past like 10 minutes)

when i made this post i had ranked down a bunch in the new ranked system and lost like 6 times in a row so i took a few days break from the game (i was on a trip anyway) and learned that apparently basically everyone ranked down in the new system so i'm feeling less bad about it. i would still really like to not be in the uglyass poopbutt rank though can i at least be a metal of some kind
