They're very important to me, as a partially-sighted person who's also part of the lgbtq community. They help people who are like me.
For years, I've struggled with (and continue to struggle with) my sight loss and bigotry hauled against me via ableism and homophobia. I have to navigate a world that wasn't designed for people like me who can't see it properly.
I want there to be a future where people who are like me don't have to suffer even if it's one I won't be able to see, which is why I chose them to support. They mean a lot to me! 💙🩵
