3 Days to Kill I enjoyed the ironic title and how the writers came up with it. The movie was somewhat confusing at the beginning but then smoothed out as it progressed. The father-daughter relationship throughout the movie was great. The actress who played Zoey, in my opinion, did a great job. Some parts were kind of disturbing but I did enjoy the humor and "interrogation" scenes. I don't want to give much away because it's better to be surprised. The movie can be found on Netflix. 7.5/10

Confessions of a Murder Suspect by James Patterson and Maxine Paetro. This is my first review but only because I recently finished it. I started the book the other day and finished it rather quickly this morning. If one is looking for a quick read then this is one. It is an interesting aspect to write a book from the suspect's aspect but that is what seems to make it all the more intriguing! I liked the plot but some things came into question. (Spoilers) The constant accusations of the two cops, Caputo and Hayes, are very brutal. I didn't appreciate them as characters at all. Tandoori, the narrator, kind of bugged me too because she was kind of stupid. It took her a long time to figure things out and to realize things e.g. once she found the cameras in the house she didn't consider that maybe her parents' deaths had been recorded. But! Throughout the book she grows on you and you end up feeling sorry for her and her brothers. I did not appreciate ,though, the unnecessary "relationship" between Maud and her assistant. I felt as if it was forced into the book because someone thought the intended audience, young adults/teenagers, would be more interested in the book. And the ending or the revelation of the true muderer(s) at the end was kind of disappointing. 8/10 All in all, once again, James Patterson has co-written a best-seller that has me, and many others, hooked into a new series.
