...My heart started pounding in my chest and I knew I was in deep trouble. I picked up their phone and acted all cheery so my friends would not suspect anything was wrong. My Mom told me I had exactly ten minutes to get my bottom back to the house and then she hung up on me. Of course, she met me at our door and marched me to the bathroom where I promptly had my mouth soaped for lying. After that, my mom made me change into my PJs since I was going to be sent straight to bed. Then we got to the main event... I got my bare ass positively blistered with her paddle right in the living room while the rest of the family sat at dinner right around the corner. So just 20 or so minutes of foolish rebellion and disobedience had earned me nothing but humiliation, pain and suffering. It was definitely not worth it! Being an adult but still living at home kept me in a childish mentality. I wasn't above getting down in the dirt with my sisters and I knew which one had tattled. This information got me nothing but more trouble though. The next afternoon, we were at each other's throats, especially since she was teasing me relentlessly for getting spanked.
