Now that my period is almost done, I can finally let go of him. I only wanted him from a place of ego and I know it would have been hard for me to resist. That’s why I always gotta pray on Allah to cover and protect me because I can’t do it alone. I need Allah to keep HIM away from me so that I don’t even have a chance to fall into the trap of temptation. I can be relaxed now knowing this situation is literally a prayer answered my lord who wants better for me ❤️ it helps me embody the feeling of stability and being prioritized that I’ve been longing. Knowing and trusting that my provisions come from Allah and no one can stop it! It brings stability, it brings me peace, it brings me tranquility in an uncertain world. Knowing his generosity is endless, boundless and can happen in an instant! Kun fa Yakun! Knowing that good things are down the road just around the corner and to be patient. Alhamdulilah for growth Alhamdulilah for Allah’s guidance and patience with me. His mercy brings me comfort and hugs my heart so tight! I know I will always be ok in this lifetime because Allah has got me and he’s blessed me and everything good in my life and any good qualities I have is all from him. I’m but a droplet in his ocean. But a drop of his ocean is in me and it makes me feel so special and beautiful and honored. I have honor and this is Allah reminding me of that. And that I deserve to be courted with honor.
Today will be a good day inshallah! I will embrace some whimsy!

Lesson;
Allah can drop anything, even an amazing husband, into your lap. Worship Allah more and be open to his surprises and be open to receive his surprises. Your husband and opportunities in life can walk in through any door. You don’t need to be at a matchmaking event, on an app, etc. Allah can drop him into your life from anywhere just be open to receiving. Express gratitude for what is good in your life. Find the smallest thing in your life to be grateful to and Allah will give you more. When you get a feeling/strong desire to do something, go somewhere, a strong intuition, follow it. You don’t have to work hard to get what’s already written for you, you just have to be open state within yourself and have an open mind and an open heart to receive Allah’s blessings in your life. Always remain grateful and always find something to be grateful for even in the most difficult moments and on the most difficult days. ALWAYS pray for guidance from Allah and tell him to guide your life for you. Every day ask Allah to guide your day! Ask to open your eyes to things you want me to see, open my mind to things you want me to know, open my ears to things you want me to hear. Open my heart to what you want me to feel.
The mirror book on how to access the unseen realm where the seeds are planted:
“The last state ur heart is in before u go to sleep becomes the seed of what your life grows next”. ie sleeping with anxiety projects anxiety into the unseen world which also comes back in the creation world. Sleep is portal into the unseen/Amr that ur Ruh is from and where the Kun happens.
Just because you sleep when you’re drowsy you enter a Theta state.if you fall asleep in a state of gratitude, of trust, of genuine connection with Allah, that’s what enters the realm where Kun operates. And your Nafs returns carrying the blueprint of what was planted.
ie think about how you went to sleep last night and how it manifested today: I was initially worried about today because I was working at a different site, worried about my lunch and if I’d go back and forth home, worried about how I’d get there etc. I recentered myself and told myself it’d be fine, it’s not that deep. Allah will make sure everything goes smoothly. I woke up less anxious, had a nice walk to work and arrived on time. Everything was straight forward and now I think I could return for future shifts. And in addition I went to sleep grateful for Allah giving me extra shift for money and I woke up today to two additional shift offers. I truly see how actively thinking about Allah and being grateful leads to more opportunities coming my way.
Exercise to do tonight:
So tonight, here’s what I want you to try. Before you get into bed, make wudu. This isn’t just ritual, you’re physically cleansing the vessel before it crosses into the unseen. Then lie down and consciously relax your body from head to toe. Forehead, jaw, neck, shoulders, chest, belly, legs, feet, release the tension in all of it. Let your body enter a state of Islam, which is surrender. The opposite of resistance. As thoughts come up, let them pass like clouds. Don’t fight them, don’t follow them. Just notice and return to stillness. You’re moving past the programming, past the conditioning, past the daily noise. And when you feel yourself getting drowsy, that half-awake, half-asleep state where your body is heavy but your mind is still flickering, that’s the threshold.

•”Ya Allah grant me ease” “Ya Allah calm my heart”, “Ya Allah guide me to what is best”. Repeat for emotional grounding
• Committing to 5 minutes of stretching choosing basic stretches. 5-10 minutes of light stretching or yoga. To “turn on” circulation and prevent stagnation: Light Stretching of joints, neck, shoulders. 4:45am-5:00am.
• Tea/Warm Lemon water and breakfast: 5:00-6:00am.
• Committing to at least 5 minutes of Light exposure whenever i wake up: 10-20 minutes outside facing natural light: 6:00am-6:10am.
•Committing to Mental grounding before leaving the house (2–5 min): 6:10am-6:30am bullet journal).
