#the boys #they saved it they saved it #(for me)#i do think the homelander fight could have been better #but they had to make him beatable #i feel like it just wouldn't have been possible if they hadn't limited him to a room #and restricting the fight to the oval office made me fully ok with the smaller scale of it all #in this day and age i think the symbolism of that was better than some massive soulless green screen marvel-esque showdown #in the end he really was just small and weak and pathetic ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
