Logging Off Temporarily

Though I’ve only been posting for the last few months, I’ve been enjoying the creative freedom on Tumblr for years. And it’s for that freedom that I am logging off with my fellow bloggers in protest.

It’s almost 2019. Get your crap together @staff @support and listen to your bloggers. Or, someday you’ll find us all moved on to another site, more accepting of freedom of speech and creativity, that no one will be left here for you to dictate over. 👋

Imagine:

Getting into a big fight with your boyfriend, Bill, ending with you storming out of the apartment. You stay the night at your best friend’s place. After venting to your friend and talking through your feelings, you decide to go back home to work things out with Bill. As you leave, you find your boyfriend waiting in the hallway for you. He immediately regretted what he had said to you and went where he knew you had gone. But, ashamed of what he had said, he decided to wait all night in the hallway, too embarrassed to knock but content on being so close to you.

Imagine:

Being an Avenger and welcoming Bucky into the fold. Out of everyone, other than Steve of course, you go out of your way to help Bucky feel included, especially when you are all off duty. As time drifts by, Bucky starts to fall hard for you, but he won’t do anything about. With how damaged that he sees himself, he believes that he is no where near worthy enough for you. 

What he doesn’t know is that Steve has intervened and informed you of Bucky’s feelings, which you of course reciprocate. You plan on searching out Bucky that evening and perhaps changing both of your lives from this moment on.

After finishing up fight call, sound check, and all the other little things that needed to be accomplished before starting a run through of the new Broadway show you are in, the rest of the cast and you decide to play a quick game of hide and seek while waiting for the crew to set up. 

Your co-star and friend, Aaron Tveit, is chosen to be it. As he starts to count, you sneak up behind him and smack him on his round booty. 

“Oh, I am soooo going to get you for that, Y/N,” he grins.

“You gotta catch me first, Tveit,” you shout before you stick out your tongue and run to hide. 

Aaron finishes counting and starts his hunt to find you.
