Wonder Woman villain idea:Champion of war
Imagine someone who served with Steve Trevor and Diana who was thought dead, was saved by Ares.
One of Steve Trevor's old army buddies who is an overaggressive fascistic warmonger who ends up working as a minion of Ares. Basically have him be the anti Steve Trevor, which helps develop and define Steve as a character while also highlighting the positive impact that Diana has on the world around her, while also serving as a more straightforward 'war champion' in contrast to Diana being a champion of peace, but without the writing restraints that Ares has because he's a god.
