I Saw The TV Glow was a really good horror movie

I didn't really connect with the trans themes though

I guess I really relate to Owen/Isabelle but in the opposite direction

The theme itself made me really reflect on the trans part of my identity and the more I thought about it or lack thereof, the more confused I got

I'm always going in circles

I'm afraid to be a woman and I'm uncomfortable with femininity

But being a dude doesn't feel quite right either

Being nothing is preferable but I know I'm SOMETHING

But I don't feel non-binary in any way

So I guess that's why I don't relate so much

None of the boxes fit me

Peak movie though, too bad I could only rent it

I hope this isnt mean or anything bc sometimes my tone can come off bad T~T

But I think its best to also just.. separate yourself from plural spaces for a while! I think being in a space where people could potentially push these ideas onto you (such as previous folks in your ask box) could also be dangerous. I think itd be best to take time away from either plural spaces or the internet in general, up to you- whether thats like muting tags abt plurality and curating your feed.

How you identify is truly up to you, and you shouldn't let other people try and tell you what you are. All we (and probably others as well online) want is for you to be happy and healthy! Please remember to care for yourself yeah? -F
