I’m a huge fan of geekandsundry's TableTop show (hosted by the incomparable wilwheaton), and I’m just a tad excited about season 3.

To celebrate the upcoming awesomeness I made a few fake movie posters and submitted them to photoshopwilwheaton. Wil even reblogged some of them on his personal blog!

RCCC 2014 Adventures!

I cosplayed Cecil twice, about halfway through the day on Saturday I switched from Sparks Mcgee to Cecil because of the heat (Cecil’s costume is actually not as hot to wear) and then was Cecil all day on Sunday. On Saturday I only had an hour to change from Sparks Mcgee to Cecil before it was back to the con for an autograph session with Wil, which resulted in some frantic tattoo drawing!

Shenanigans with Wil Wheaton ensued with both cosplays, and it was arguably the best weekend of my life!

The Glow Cloud was a HUGE hit, although it was hard to get photos of it inside the convention center due to the lights washing out the LEDs, but I still had people asking for pictures! I spent much of the convention one-handed because of the Glow Cloud, so I couldn’t take any pictures without risking hitting someone with a 7 pound cloud on a stick… :(

If anyone has any photos of me with people or just wants to show me some awesome things that I may have missed at the con, please do so! I had a lovely Kevin crossplay take a hilarious photo, and I really wish I had a copy!

I love you RCCC, and I will definitely be back in the future. My 3 day pass for ECCC 2015 has also already been purchased :3

I Forgot the Best One!

Honestly though, this is one of my all time favorite pictures. In our grand tradition of bothering Wil Wheaton with our rabbit every Emerald City Comic-con, this is the pinnacle. People actually stopped us to say that they had seen our picture on the pick-up table and it had made them bust a gut.

I would love to take this moment to thank Wil Wheaton, who despite being, I’m sure, exhausted after a really long and particularly chaotic con, pulled out all the stops for this pictures, including fixing our little Sparks Mcgee’s sweater, to make sure he looked his best for the photo. Cheers Mr. Wheaton! You always take time for all us crazy fans and really go out of your way to make your part of the con totally wonderful. It really counts.

Happy Birthday to Wil Wheaton! Turns out Wil is a fan of the original Spaceward Ho! We decided to add in a special star name, Sparks McGee and then also a special Sparks McGee styled hat designed by Paul Campbell. Be sure to play the game on Wil’s birthday in order to see the special hat. It is currently available in Google Play and iOS coming soon.

They asked for my favourite fictional character and my favourite food (bonus if they’re in the same picture).

Posting this in case someone might be interested: the infamous rainbow sweater of Wesley Crusher/Sparks McGee (I’m still searching for a cowboy hat to complete the ensemble)!
